At the helm of affairs Nesal is a qualified Chartered Accountant since 1998. He remained in practice up-to 2010. He is a registered Insolvency Professional with Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India.
His focus has been in areas of Corporate Finance, Debt Resolution, Mergers & Acquisitions and Cross Border Transactions.
Before he became a Chartered Accountant he worked for more than five years in activities related to capital market including equity research and investor service.
